More than a QR code
An intuitive digital system in which you can store your memories and make them available to others in a simple way - that is QR-memorial. With a simple scan of your phone, you can access the beautiful legacy of the deceased one and cherish treasured memories. Keeping, sharing, and cherishing memories of beloved ones was never easier.
High-quality QR codes that are lasered or sandblasted onto durable materials such as metal plates or stone surfaces create a virtual connection to a digital memorial site. These expertly made QR codes are almost indestructible and thus become a permanent addition to memorials such as gravestones, columbariums, or other memorial sites.
Alternatively, QR-memorial can be purchased digitally. This means that the QR code pattern can be purchased and then transferred by a funeral home or other service provider to a variety of materials, be it on sympathy cards, in local newspapers for the obituary, or later on the gravestone.
Our solution is often used before the funeral to digitally expand the obituary in local newspapers or on sympathy cards. In this way, we create a comprehensive memory and personal legacy that transcends traditional media.
Individual memories – access based on personal choice
Memories of loved ones are personal and meaningful. Therefore, QR-memorial offers additional privacy. The family of the deceased person has the opportunity to decide for themselves who has access to the information stored behind the QR code. In this way, the digital memories can be intended for the general public or access can be limited to a selected group of people.
This is done through password protection. The family can distribute this password within their circle or among friends, giving them control over who can view personal memories and information.
Transparent pricing for lasting memories
QR-memorial is available physically as a plate or digitally for immediate download. The digital version offers maximum flexibility with immediate availability and is suitable for anyone who wants to use the QR code immediately on various media and later have it incorporated into a tomb by a third party.
The physical version as a permanent addition to memorial sites, including existing memorial sites, is lasered or sandblasted onto high-quality materials. However, the production and delivery of the product require production time. The digital QR code will be provided to you within 24 hours, so as with the digital version, you can use it immediately for other media without any restrictions.
A one-time purchase of one of the variants makes it possible to store and share the memories at a memorial site for a period of 10 years.
After 10 years, there is an option to extend the availability of the content for additional periods, but there is no automatic renewal or recurring payments.
We are in favor of transparent pricing that allows our customers to preserve the memories of their loved ones permanently and flexibly, without having to commit to long-term arrangements.
